Shipping zones
The products offered on the website will only be shipped to Spain and countries within the European Union. No shipments will be made outside the aforementioned delivery area.
Delivery time
24-72 hours for in-stock items. 5 days for all other items.
Product prices and availability
Product prices and availability are valid, except for typographical errors, while supplies last.
If a product ordered runs out of stock, the customer will be given the option of an immediate refund or a product with similar characteristics.
Shipping costs
Shipping costs are added to the purchase price.
For some products, shipping costs are free and are indicated in the price.
Shipping costs are free only for purchases in mainland Spain, starting at €49.
Our agreement with the transport agency allows us to have low shipping costs (€4.90 for shipments to the Peninsula, up to 2k, for purchases under €49).
The store will process the shipment as quickly as possible.
Competent Jurisdiction
The terms of use of this website are subject to Spanish law. Any dispute arising from the interpretation of these terms shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of the city of Barcelona.

RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 calendar days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period will expire 14 calendar days after the day on which you or a third party other than the carrier indicated by you acquired physical possession of the last of these goods.

Your decision to withdraw from the contract by means of an unequivocal declaration (for example, a letter sent by post, fax, or email). You may use the model withdrawal form below, although its use is not mandatory. To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication regarding your exercise of this right before the withdrawal period expires.
Consequences of withdrawal If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including delivery costs (with the exception of additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and, in any event, no later than 14 calendar days from the date on which we are informed of your decision to withdraw from this contract. We will process the reimbursement using the same payment method used by you for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any costs as a result of the reimbursement. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied proof of having sent them back, whichever is the earliest. You must return or deliver the goods to us directly without undue delay and, in any event, no later than 14 calendar days from the date you notify us of your decision to withdraw from this contract. This deadline will be deemed met if you return the goods before the expiration of this deadline. You must bear the direct costs of returning the goods. You will only be liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling other than that necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.
