How long does it take for my order to arrive? Plus

Orders are typically delivered within 24 to 72 business hours of processing, depending on the destination location. During periods of high demand or due to delivery incidents, this timeframe may vary slightly.

What shipping company do you use? Plus

We work with Correos and other trusted courier companies to ensure your order arrives safely and in the shortest possible time. Once your order is confirmed, you'll receive an email with shipping information.

Do you ship to all of Spain and the Balearic/Canary Islands? Plus

Yes, we ship to the entire peninsula, the Balearic Islands, and the Canary Islands. Please note that slightly longer delivery times and possible customs procedures may apply to shipments to the Canary Islands, Ceuta, and Melilla .

How can I track my order? Plus

As soon as your order leaves our warehouse, you'll receive a confirmation email with the tracking number . Using this link, you can check the delivery status at any time directly on the shipping company's website.

What happens if I'm not home at the time of delivery? Plus

If you're not home when they try to deliver your package, the shipping company will make a second attempt. If they can't deliver it on the second attempt, you'll have one week to pick it up at the nearest office responsible for that delivery area. They'll notify you in advance so you can make arrangements!

Can I return a product if I am not satisfied? Plus

Yes. You have 14 calendar days from receipt of your order to request a return, provided the product is in perfect condition, unopened, and in its original packaging.

Who bears the return costs? Plus
