Athion Plus Omega 3 by Teresa Pons (100 pearls) is a food supplement formulated with high-quality fish oil, rich in essential fatty acids DHA and EPA, and vitamin E. Its composition is designed to provide important nutrients during periods of increased bodily demand, such as childhood growth, pregnancy, lactation, maturity, or periods of intellectual effort.

Each pearl provides 250 mg of DHA (docosahexaenoic acid), a fatty acid that contributes to the maintenance of normal brain function and vision*, and 50 mg of EPA (eicosapentaenoic acid), which together with DHA contributes to the normal function of the heart*. These omega-3 fatty acids are essential because the body does not produce them in sufficient quantities and must be incorporated through diet or food supplements.

Additionally, Athion Plus contains vitamin E (3 mg per pearl, 25% NRV), an antioxidant nutrient that contributes to the protection of cells against oxidative damage, helping to maintain cellular integrity at different stages of life.

Instructions for use

  • Children from 5 to 10 years old:Take 2 pearls daily (one on an empty stomach and one mid-afternoon). If swallowing is difficult, you can pierce the pearl and mix the contents with juice.
  • From 10 years old and adults:4 pearls a day (2 in the morning and 2 in the afternoon).
  • During pregnancy and breastfeeding:Consult a healthcare professional before starting supplementation.
