Instructions for use

Active Memory: 1 capsule a day, preferably with breakfast.

Omega 3:Children aged 5 to 10:Take 2 pearls daily (one on an empty stomach and one mid-afternoon). If you have difficulty swallowing, you can pierce the pearl and mix the contents with juice.From age 10 and up, and adults:4 pearls a day (2 in the morning and 2 in the afternoon).

Bach Flower Remedies for ADHD: 4 drops, 4 times a day, directly in the mouth or diluted in water.
