Instructions for use

Neuro Forte:

Take 2 capsules a day, preferably with meals.
In times of greater need, up to 4 capsules can be taken per day (2+2).

Ashwagandha:

Take 1 or 2 capsules daily with food, as needed.

Bach flower remedies for depression:

Take 5 drops, 4 times a day, directly or in water.
In times of emotional crisis, the frequency can be increased.
