What is Teresa Pons Organic Silicon?

It is a liquid food supplement that combines MESOPOROSIL® and Tabashir Bamboo dry extract rich in silica, two sources of orthosilicic acid.

Each 15 ml dose provides a total of 38.45 mg of orthosilicic acid (OSA).

What is organic silicon used for?

Silicon is naturally present in the body and has been studied especially for its presence in connective tissues and structures such as skin, tendons, and bone.

For this reason, silicon supplements are common in skin, hair, nail, joint, and tissuecare routines.

What is MESOPOROSIL®?

MESOPOROSIL® is a silica ingredient with a mesoporous structure designed to release silicon in the form of orthosilicic acid (OSA).

Each 15 ml dose contains 100 mg of MESOPOROSIL®, which provides 14 mg of orthosilicic acid.

What is Tabashir Bamboo?

Tabashir Bamboo is a dry bamboo extract naturally rich in silica.

The one used in our formula contains a minimum of 85% silica. Each 15 ml dose provides 75 mg of Tabashir Bamboo, which provides 24.45 mg of orthosilicic acid (OSA).

Why combine MESOPOROSIL® and Tabashir Bamboo?

The formula combines two different sources of orthosilicic acid.

MESOPOROSIL® provides 14 mg of OSA and the Tabashir Bamboo provides another 24.45 mg, reaching a total of 38.45 mg of OSA per 15 ml.

Why is orthosilicic acid important?

Orthosilicic acid or OSA is a soluble form of silicon.

That is why we specify not only the amount of the ingredients used, but also the amount of OSA that each dose provides.

How much orthosilicic acid does each dose provide?

Each 15 ml provides:

100 mg of MESOPOROSIL®, which provides 14 mg of OSA.

75 mg of Tabashir Bamboo, which provides 24.45 mg of OSA.

In total: 38.45 mg of orthosilicic acid (OSA).

How is Organic Silicon taken?

During the first week, take 45 ml per day.

Starting from the second week, the indicated dosage is 15 ml per day.

It can be taken directly or diluted in water.

Can it be mixed with water?

Yes. It can be taken directly or mixed with water if that is more convenient.

What does it taste like?

It has a vanilla aroma.

How long does a 500 ml bottle last?

Following the initial dosage of 45 ml daily during the first week and 15 ml daily thereafter, the first bottle lasts approximately 19 days.

Once the first week is over, taking 15 ml daily, a 500 ml bottle lasts approximately one month.

What is the difference between liquid silicon and capsules?

The main difference is the format.

Teresa Pons Organic Silicon is liquid, so it can be taken directly or mixed with water. It is especially practical for those who prefer to avoid capsules or tablets.

Is orthosilicic acid the same as silicon?

They are not exactly the same.

Our product's composition expresses its content as orthosilicic acid (OSA). For this reason, we indicate 38.45 mg of OSA per 15 ml and do not present that amount as milligrams of elemental silicon.
