Organic Silicon by Teresa Pons 500ml is a liquid food supplement formulated with plant-based silicon, derived from bamboo and designed to complement the daily diet and contribute to the overall well-being of hair, skin, nails, bones, and joints. Its composition combines natural sources of silicon with carefully selected plant extracts, offering a balanced supply of this essential mineral.

Each dose provides 75 mg of dry bamboo extract with a minimum of 85% silica content, along with 100 mg of MESOPOROSIL®, which contribute to the body's absorption and utilization of silicon. In total, each serving provides 38.45 mg of orthosilicic acid (OSA), a compound naturally present in the body and related to the structure of connective tissues.

Its liquid format allows for quick and convenient absorption, making it easy to incorporate into daily routines as a support for a balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle.

Instructions for use

  • First week:Take 45 ml daily, preferably on an empty stomach.
  • From the second week:Take 15 ml daily.
  • It can be diluted in water to facilitate ingestion.
  • It is recommended to wait at least 15 minutes before eating breakfast after taking the meal.
  • Take doses every 1 to 2 months and rest for 2-3 months, unless professionally indicated.
